If PulseBar doesn't save you from at least one stalled campaign, or if you're not happy with it for any reason, we'll refund you. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You are within 30 days of your original purchase date (for both Monthly and Yearly plans).
- It is your first time requesting a refund for the product.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@mardox.io.
- Include your purchase email address and/or Order ID from Lemon Squeezy.
- (Optional) Let us know why you're requesting a refund so we can improve PulseBar.
3. Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we typically process it within 24–48 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Please note that requesting a refund will also cancel your active subscription. You will lose access to Pro features (7-day performance dashboard, multiple device activations, etc.) immediately upon refund processing.
