To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your purchase email address and/or Order ID from Lemon Squeezy.
  3. (Optional) Let us know why you're requesting a refund so we can improve PulseBar.

Once we receive your request, we typically process it within 24–48 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Please note that requesting a refund will also cancel your active subscription. You will lose access to Pro features (7-day performance dashboard, multiple device activations, etc.) immediately upon refund processing.
