By downloading, installing, or using PulseBar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use PulseBar on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to the plan limits (Free, Monthly, or Yearly) purchased by you.

PulseBar Pro is offered as a subscription. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription via the link provided in your purchase email.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

PulseBar is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate monitoring, we cannot guarantee that the software will always correctly detect every ad status or impression. PulseBar is not a substitute for Ads Manager and is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PulseBar or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software creators reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
